We are a Company based in Albion, Brisbane and offer corporateTraining services to Companies australia Wide. Duties include taking responsibility for the day to day running of the business, taking bookings, operation of Data base, booking travel, organising events, organising paperwork, scheduling and co-coordinating training dates, and PA duties for the MD. This is a varied and busy role which will be very rewarding for the right person.
Skills and experience required;
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel Skills
Proficient at operating a database.
Excellent organisational skills
Strong Communicator
Excellent People skills and friendly disposition
Handles stressful situations in a calm manner
Must have confidence, common sense and loyalty
Ability to motivate others
Previous experience as office manager in deadlines driven environment
Team player
Solid Understanding of managing national Accreditation and the RTO processes.
