Hello, I'm looking for a female to share a room with in Spring hill! You will be sharing a room with another girl. There is another room in which males are sharing a room together as well. As a sharehouse, we strongly emphasise hygiene and will expect you to use the house very cleanly likewise.
There are 2 rooms and 2 toilets in the house (a toilet for each gender). We also only allow a maximum of 4 people within the entire house, so it will be quiet and much less stuffy compared to other sharehouses, making it an excellent environment for studying.

- bus stop 1 minute away from home
- we're all students
- $150/week (rent is collected every 2 weeks)
- 2 weeks worth of bond fee will be collected upon entry.
