Available room for either 2 guys or 2 women with single beds, or even I can change it to a couple room with a double bed. In the house it has three toilets and in this room located on the second floor it has its own bathroom. If I get 1 female I will look for another female and if I get a male I will look for another male roommate. My unit is located in Springhill, It is a big 2 story unit, and has a pool. Everyone has their own key. The rent will be at $140per/week and pay fortnightly. At the moment it is occupied by 3 other guys and it is close to Roma Park and a free bus station out the front of the unit. The other guys have jobs I want someone whom doesn’t create too much noise during the night and also who is not a messy person.
