We are renting out a nice bedroom to be SHARED with a friendly girl from Barcelona.
You will share the house with friendly uni students who like to share time together but love moments of privacy. The flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It is an amazing new apartment that has a really nice view from the 31st floor. There's also a swimingpool, a gym and bbq's area.
The appartment is located in the city center of Brisbane (21 Mary St) 3 minutes walk to take the bus (412 or 109) to St. Lucia Campus (UQ) and 2 minutes walking to QUT Gardens, so the place is really convenient. We are in the city so everything is less than 5 minutes walk!!
The bills as everywhere in the city are NOT included but they are shared between the flatmates. Also, there is a reasonable bond that will be returned when leaving.
