Looking for a male room mate in Spring hill! $150/week in BRISBANE, Queensland for sale

Hello, I'm looking for a male to share a room with in Spring hill! I'm a male and there are 2 other girls sharing a room together as well. We strongly emphasise hygiene and will expect you to use the house very cleanly.
There are 2 rooms and 2 toilets in the house (a toilet for each gender). We also only allow a maximum of 4 people within the entire house, so it will be quiet and not so stuffy as other sharehouses.
Key descriptions:
- 10 mins walk from Central station
- bus stop 1 minute away from home
- we're all students
- $150/week (rent is collected every 2 weeks)
- 2 weeks worth of bond fee will be collected.
- personal identification such as passports and drivers license numbers will be recorded for security purposes.
