House is in fantastic location, it is only 1km to QUT Kelvin Grove (approx 12min walk) and is approx 2km to the Gardens Point campus. It is only a 2 minute walk to Suncorp Stadium (where major sporting events, concerts, etc are played), and Caxton Street (which has a shopping centre, cinemas, nightclubs, cafes, restaurants etc).
The house is an old queenslander style, and it has been recently renovated with new kitchen, paint, flooring, etc. The lounge and kitchen are both a good size, and the kitchen leads out onto a deck and courtyard. There is also a very good sized backyard (especially considering the property is in the city).
This room has a queen size bed, built in cupboards, built in desk & chair.
Minimum lease is 3mths. 4 weeks up front bond/rent is collected. Sorry, this room isn't available to a couple at this time.
