Bedroom for rent, 540 Queen St, Perfect for a couple or 2 friends in BRISBANE, Queensland for sale

We have a room for rent, it is the second bedroom of our apartment, you will have your own bathroom that you will share with one other person, there is also lots of cupboard space. We would prefer a couple but we will accept 2 friends as well. 
It is $150/wk each, so $300 total for the room per week, this includes all bills (Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet) Bond is $300 each. 
There is another couple in the master bedroom in the apartment, they have their own bathroom. There is also one person in the study room, you will share your bathroom with this person. 
The apartment is very clean and is fully furnished, there is a double bed in the room or we can put 2 single beds in for friends to share the room. 
The building is Willahra Tower at 540 Queen Street, it has a gym, sauna and pool all available for free. There is also a nice Japanese Restaurant downstairs. It is 2 minutes walk from the supermarket, close to Navitas International School and is within walking distance of the City and Fortitude Valley if you work there. There are lots of restaurants and other shops close by. 
There is a City Cat ferry stop just 5 minutes walk away and lots of bus stops close by. 
The room is available on the 23rd of August, if you would like to inspect the room I am usually home Monday to Friday before 9am or between 2pm and 4pm. Just message or call me and we can arrange it :)
