we will have a bed available for a man on Sep 12th (this date can be changed a little to suit your needs) in our 3 bed/ 2 bath apartment. It's a very good, quiet, clean and comfortable apartment. The apartment is cleaned every weekend. Absolutely no parties in here.
You will share the bedroom with only one guy. We don't have 3 people in 1 room here or living in the living room (it's illegal and uncomfortable) and you will have your own key card, therefore no need to share it with anyone. We are in 6 people (2 per bedroom), which is the allowed number of people.
The building is in a 12-minute walk to Hungry Jack's (Albert st x Queen st) and has gym, sauna, swimming pool, card key access (you will have your own card), security cameras, among other features.
What you will find here:
- all furniture (fridge, sofas, washing machine, dryer (yes, here you can use the dryer), etc.)
- High quality entertainment: 51" Full HD Plasma TV, Xbox 360, Blu Ray, DVD.
- FREE telephone calls to australian numbers (fixed and mobile). You don't need to spend money anymore with your cell phone. Use our phone instead.
