We are looking looking to fill 2 rooms in our beautiful house close to the city.
LOCATION
The house is located in a fairly quiet street at the Valley end of Spring Hill. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the heart of Brunswick Street, and 15 minutes to Queen Street Mall.
THE ROOMS
The first room is avaliable immediately and is a large unfurnished bedroom which easily fits a Queen sized bed and drawers. There are doors which open out to the side of the house which provides fresh air and a bit more light. This room is $260.00 per week including bills for a single or $320.00 for a couple.
The second room is also a large unfurnished bedroom which which has french doors out to the pool and has large wardrobe space. This room is $270.00 per week including bills for a single or $340.00 for a couple.
THE HOUSE
Downstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with an awesome shower, dining, kitchen with a gas cooktop, concrete floors, high ceilings, as well as bi-fold doors which completely open up the lower area of the house.
Upstairs you'll find the remaining 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge with plenty of seating, and 2 balconies with one overlooking the swimming pool and the other with views to the city.
PARKING
We have street parking which requires a permit from the council, which can be provided.
WHO ARE WE?
You will be sharing with 1 female and two males who live upstairs, we are a social bunch so we are looking for people who are happy to be quiet during the week but enjoy a social drink on the weekends, being so close to the valley we also enjoy the odd night out.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Someone who is full time employed
Able to pay rent on time (At least 1x week in advance)
Someone sociable that won't spend their time in their bedroom all the time.
The person that moves in will need to pay bond which is $1400 and will need to be added to the lease.
Bills include gas, electiricity, water, wi fi and pool maintenance.
