Rent is $160 per week including bills(electricity, water and gas) and internet. 10 mins walk to central station 10 mins walk to queen street mall near the riverside so there is a ferry can take you to south bank 10 mins walk to fortitude valley, there are heaps of clubs and bars close to china town 5 mins walk to woolworth,subway and a lot more.
we have a gym, pool and sauna that you can use between 6am to 10pm. if anyone is interested pls message me and i will arrange for inspection

we have only two house rules: 1) Rent must be paid two weeks in advance (At all times) 2) You must be very clean and tidy
